for 8 and 16 seater Limo Coaches are subject to our terms and conditions. |

|
- Bookings can only be made in advance and must be
confirmed within 7 days with a 25% deposit. If the
booking is made less then 7 days before the hire date,
payment must be paid in full prior to the booking unless
otherwise authorised.
- Alterations to the booking by the client (i.e.
additional collection and drop of points, change of
itinerary, passengers being late etc) will result in extra
charges being added to the original quotation. These
may be costed and collected by the driver on the day or
invoiced to the hirer.
- Deposits are non-refundable and any cancellation within
7 days of the hire date will incur a cancellation charge of
50% of the total hire charge.
- Trawden Travel operates a strict no-smoking policy
within our vehicles.
- The Hirer will responsible for the conduct of passengers
in the vehicle and for any damage caused to the vehicle as a
result of actions by the passengers.
- Trawden Travel and its employees reserve the right to
prohibit entry to the vehicle of any person who is deemed to
be unfit to travel. The driver may refuse to continue
the journey if passengers behave in such a manner that may
put at risk the client, other persons in the vehicle and/or
its contents. Intimidating or racist behavior/chanting
by sports supporters will not be tolerated. No flags,
banners or other regalia may be displayed in or on the
vehicle.
- Trawden Travel does not hold any responsibility for the
loss or damage to any personal belongings carried or left in
the vehicle.
- Trawden Travel do not accept responsibility for failure
to arrive at destination on time due to adverse weather
conditions, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown or
other circumstances beyond our control.
- The consumption of food or drink inside the vehicle is
not permitted unless supplied by Trawden Travel.
- The client will be liable for any additional cleaning
costs if the vehicle if left in an excessive state of
untidiness. If the vehicle is soiled as a result of a
passenger vomiting a charge of £20 will be made to the
hirer.
- All passengers are requested to wear the seat belts
provided. Trawden Travel does not accept any liability
for any injury caused whilst traveling on board the vehicle
or you fail to wear the set belt.
- All time and mileage charges start and finish from
Trawden, Lancashire.
- No driver or agent of Trawden Travel may alter,
amend or cancel any of the above conditions.
